Best item: vegan fries
Garduno’s Taco King is a drive up taco shop that has an extensive vegan menu. According to an interview video I saw online, they have an entirely seperate vegan cooking area. This is a small family run spot, and the service is friendly. Mad respect.
Of course we had to get the vegan fries ($15.95). For the protein we got the adobo cauliflower.
The first word that comes to mind is: YES. Next word is: delicious. Toppings are fresh and plentiful, the cauliflower is very flavorful and guac is NOT extra. If there was one comment, it would be that the fries themselves need to be fried a bit longer, to maintain that crispiness. I am guessing that is something we could request.
