Quick take: not bad, but portion size a bit small
A must have snack in any freezer is the venerable chicken nuggets. In the vegan world, there are numerous to choose from, and this one is called Not Chicken by NotCo. purchased for $5.99 from Whole Foods Market on sale.
These were air fried, because health, and they came out kinda crispy.
Overall, the center was moist and the outside could probably be crispier if we used oil, or pan fried. Flavor is mild but good. The overall texture is airy and not dense, and definitely had that processed chicken nugget feel to it. The portion size is a bit on the small side, but catching it on sale makes it not so bad. Yes the dino shape makes it better.
